A Day in the Life
In this Accounting Assistant position, you are critical to our company’s success by keeping general ledger accounts reconciled and providing accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
In addition to general accounting activities, you be responsible for accurately entering accounts payable invoices and reconciling purchase orders. In addition, you will participate as a valued team member to support critical success factors by supporting other roles within the accounting department. You look forward to work because you enjoy interacting with people and contributing to the company’s success in a big way.
Qualifications
- Associate degree with an emphasis in Accounting or Business.
- Internship or work experience performing accounting or bookkeeping duties preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple functions and meet deadlines.
